Dual Core is a breakthrough concept, and started to revolutionized the music and clubbing scene in Guwahati , Shillong, Bangalore, Goa and Kerala. Dual Core was essentially born out of frustration. It began in 1.01.2011, it was because there was no alternative to the mainstream. No matter where you went, you got the same old music and the same tired experience. It continues to grow to this day, in fact, most clubs in India have even changed the music they play.

I pride myself in finding the best tracks, even unreleased white labels still hot off the pres. I identified that thirst because it was our own and party people was dying for it.

The name "DUAL CORE" is a new generation's Indian Electronic DJ and Producer, the birth is given by one brain to explore new perception of Electronic Dance Music. 

Motive - DUAL CORE says passion to spread their viral sound under a new edge and age. In other words, who the hell is these guy really? Behind every fortune there is a hard time and hard work, he realized his childhood dream to do something way outside the comfort zone, the scene inside live to the scene inside the studio shows his potential of the art.

He offers you a new dimension of Electronic Dance Music – with a versatile true sound, putting lengthy experience of acoustic instruments.

Kokrajhar & Bangalore based DJ act. Dual Core has challenged the notion that dance music is a Western domain by single-handedly putting India on the international EDM map. Composed of one member, DAVID UZIR aka D2 (CDJ, laptop, vocal, mixing and synthesis-lines), widely considered to be one of Assam’s most respected and recognized DJ with a combined decade of experience, Dual Core has been taking North East India, Goa, Delhi and Bangalore, India by storm for over three years. Dual Core was essentially born out of frustration. It began in 1.01.2011 in Guwahati, From individual DJ sets to collective live gigs, producing to composing, the multi-talented group pretty much does it all. And the quality is evident from the international interest it's amassing.

The live act features Dual Core own compositions, which are broken up, twisted and served fresh with ethnic sounds thrown in for good measure. But it's a funky, international and National sound that's unlikely to be recognized as Indian. By generating a live set from Progressive House / Big Room Beats / Techno / Hip Hop / Commercial, his breaking certain boundaries particular to North East Indian audiences.

The Dual Core’s live act and DJ sets account for one half of its success, the other half lies in its globally recognized production skills. The result is a potent, energetic live-wire of influences from Progressive to Techno to Big Beat (Big Room), overlaid with live vocal harmonies. Dual Core's sound isn't about neat packaging: it's about fusing genres to create a raw, electric style of urban dance music.
